I work out where technology actually helps.
I work in digital innovation at Sky and NBCUniversal, focused on customer care technology across our streaming platforms: Peacock, NOW, WOW and SkyShowtime. My job is working out where AI and automation genuinely reduce friction, and where they don't, so our product teams can build better.
Outside of that, I founded and run East Village Hub, a resident hub for East Village in Stratford. I built it and I run it on my own, with a team of AI agents.
